Four State Farm Show

The month of July has been busy with doing marketing, t-shirt printing for several groups. We have already gotten some orders for Sept for events around homecoming. Dan went to the Four State Farm Show, while Tammy stayed home because of the heat and worked on graphics.

The Four State Farm Show had lots of great exhibits, and all the staff and people were friendly and having a good time despite the heat. Dan said his shirt was soaked in about an hour,it had to be about 100 degrees, but he met alot of people and made several promising contacts with some small businesses who want to discuss T-shirts for thier business.

We will also be working on updating the webstore and making it even better. Stay tuned for more....

More new designs added

We have been adding designs to the store over the last couple weeks. Orders are still picking up, businesses are buying more employee T-shirts. We are now doing Polos also. We are also working on dealer pricing for some compnaies who have expressed an interest in adding our products/services to thier business.

We have been printing T-shirts

I have gotten behind in my posts here. have been busy printing T-shirts. It seems like when we get ahead, the orders come in again. We love it. aso working on more designs, and have added another part time person to work on graphics. More to come..

Sales & Production growing

This past 2 weeks has really been busy, our sales have really taken a jump, & we have made several new business contacts that show great potential. Our production has jumped also. We have refined our production process and completed orders quicker than we ever have. This has shown us just what our potential is in production.

We hired a part-time person, and she has done very well for her first week. She is learning the Viper & Raptor DTG printers, does quality work, and learns fast. This week, we will be showing her opening & closing procedures of the T-shirt shop, and cleaning the machines. It is really nice to have someone with this kind of talent.

We did orders for a High school, Jeep club, Racing team, and Dance studio. Lots of variety.

Business picking up

We have seen a steady increase in our orders the past couple weeks. I have been working later hours , so I have not been able to post like I want to on the blog. Will be working on getting more info up for everybody. Have a great week.

Remember: When creating a photo or graphic for your T-shirt design please save file in at least 300 dpi resoultion or higher. Photos should have some extra space around subject in picture so we can crop and size the photo for printing.

Creating a graphic for a T-shirt

Creating a new design or graphic for your t-shirt is not hard. You can do this in a variety of ways. I will touch on different methods on later posts. Today we will discuss Photos for your custom t-shirt design. Set your camera to the most megapixels it allows, some go from 3 megapixels to 14 megapixels. That will give you an excellent photo for us to work with. You can then reset your megapixel settings for a lower resolution when just taking pics for the web.

When you compose a photo (arrange people or subjects in the picture) make sure you have some "extra" area on all sides of the picture, so we can crop, edit or frame your photo. The photo below is one we did for a wonderful lady and it turned out very well. Notice the frame around the photo. This is one of the many effects that can be achieved.

File types that work well:
.PNG - Please save at 300 dpi (Preferred)
.PDF - Portable Document Format
.JPG - Please save at a high resolution

We have launched our Blog at last. I have finally gotten this item off my list. It has been a busy year so far. We have gotten our second DTG printer, the DTG Raptor. Now we have 2 DTG printers, our first one was the DTG Viper, what a workhorse. Be sure and check out the Photo T coupon in the links area to the left.
